Contract awarded for document management and political case management the municipality has used formpipe's w3d3 as a central document and case management system for registration, processing and committee administration since 2008 and since 2015 meetings plus (also from formpipe) has been used as support in the meeting process and as the primary tool for elected representatives. in w3d3, there are approximately 500 users with roles such as system administrators, case coordinators (registrars, head registrars) and committee/municipal secretaries). the number of administrators is estimated to be between 2000-2500 and since the system should be able to be used for general document management and be accessible to all employees, the municipality intends to procure a municipal license. in parallel with the central diary, there are operational systems with built-in diary systems within some of the administrations, of which the largest are the byggr and ecos systems from sokigo within the environmental and social planning administration. all committee meetings are administered in the central diary, which is why the matters to be handled in the building and environment committee are also registered in the central diary together with the documents that form the basis for the decision in the matter. after a decision in the committee, the minutes and extracts from the minutes must be copied to the operating system in order for the matter as such to be complete. this double handling entails a lot of additional work and in the long term it is assessed that a common diary system for the entire municipality can both reduce administrative work and make it easier for the municipality to meet our obligations regarding the handling of public documents. estimated value 2 500 000 sek .document management and political case management
