bogie frame assly (machined) for air spring in secondary suspension forlhb coaches to drg no: (a) 66703001, col.i alt.'b'---- (or) (b ) 834-0-3-002, alt 'a'---- supplierscommitment will be there to supply as per drawing-(a) (for lhb non- ac air springcoaches), or as per drawing -(b )(for lhb-ac air spring coaches) for identificationpurpose of bogie frame, drg (b) shall be marked with yellow paint on both thespring pot area near the number plate. the ratio of supply between (a) & (b) has tobe confirmed before the issue of purchase order. rate quoted will be applicableto both drawing-(a) and drawing-(b) safety item special condition : the materialspecification for plates of various thickness used for fabrication of bogie framewill be as per en10025, part-5, 2005 . grade s355 j2w+n ,in lieu of earlier specifiedmaterial grade st 52.3 and s355 j2 g3 , en10025/29 in various related sub assembly andcomponent drawings and specn.mdts-213, rev-04 or latest and mdts-166, rev-02 orlatest shall be generally followed. time lag between shot blasting and paintingshould not be more than 30 minutes in any case. packing condition as per documentno.mpm0010 e ver-6.0 pi159 & packing condition as per drg.no. icf/j&t/sk-1823 [ warranty
