Contract awarded for design services contract, technical assistance from the project and road system rehabilitation execution works: lot 1, lot 2.
the contracting authority wishes to conclude the contract for design services, technical assistance from the designer and execution works: lot 1 - road system rehabilitation on th. pallady blvd, 1 decembrie 1918 blvd, basarabia blvd, calea calarasilor, corneliu coposu blvd including the titan complex loop, route length 18,000 km, double track current line, access and withdrawal. the tram infrastructure related to line 40 has two terminals (piata sfanta fineri and ratb titan complex) and crosses the following arteries: corneliu coposu blvd, calea calarasi, piata eudoxiu hurmuzachi, basarabia blvd, 1 decembrie 1918 blvd, theodor pallady blvd. tram line 40 is one of the efficient lines, it connects important districts of the city and, at the same time, the connection with the underground transport (metro) is established. lot 2 - road system rehabilitation: object 2 - road system rehabilitation on pache protopopescu blvd and traian st. route length 1,900 km, double track current line. the tram infrastructure related to line 55 crosses the arteries corneliu coposu blvd, calea calara?i, traian st., pache protopopescu blvd, sos. iancului, sos. pantelimon. the modernized area of ??the tram line is on sos. pantelimon, from the intersection with sos. iancului to the granitul terminal and sf. vineri terminal. tram line 55 is one of the efficient lines, it connects important neighborhoods of the city and, at the same time, the connection with underground transport (metro) is established. object 13 - road system rehabilitation on ferdinand i boulevard, between mihai bravu toseaua and traian st. ferdinand i boulevard between sos. mihai bravu and str. traian is served by tram line 14, route length 0.690 km double track current line. the poor technical condition of the tram line on the section proposed for modernization has a negative influence on the existing rolling stock, and in the future does not allow the introduction of modern trams, which would prevent the development of an attractive and efficient public passenger transport system. object 15 - rehabilitation of the road system on dristorului street between camil ressu blvd. and baba novac street, route length 0.220 km double track current line. on dristorului street, the tram line is located in the roadway area (one-way) and connects sos. mihai bravu and camil ressu blvd., thus ensuring the return of trams in case of damage on adjacent sections. the poor technical condition of the tram line on the section proposed for modernization has a negative influence on the existing rolling stock, and in the future does not allow the introduction of modern trams. the execution of the contracts will be carried out in accordance with the technical specifications in the specifications attached to the award documentation. the number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates is 23 days. the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications on the 13th day before the deadline for submission of offers.

lot-0001:description: lot 1 - road system rehabilitation on bd. th. pallady, bdul 1 decembrie 1918, bdul basarabia, calea calara?ilor, bdul corneliu coposu including the titan complex loop, route length 18,000 km, double track current line, access and withdrawal. the tram infrastructure related to line 40 has two terminals (piata sfanta fineri and complex ratb titan) and crosses the following arteries: bd. corneliu coposu, calea calarasi, piata eudoxiu hurmuzachi, bdul basarabia, bdul 1 decembrie 1918, bdul theodor pallady. tram line 40 is one of the efficient lines, it connects important districts of the city and, at the same time, the connection with the underground transport (metro) is established. the number of passengers will increase significantly through the acquisition of new trams. an 11% increase in the beneficiaries of this rapid transport line is expected. the rolling stock that will run on tram line 40 will be new, purchased through the specific objective 3.2 - reducing carbon emissions in urban areas based on sustainable urban mobility plans. this project is complementary to the purchase of trams using non-reimbursable european funds, a mandatory condition in the applicant's guide being that the rolling stock must run on modernized tram infrastructure. the trams on line 40 are parked in the giurgiu and dudesti depots (modernized depots). the execution of the contract will be carried out according to the technical specifications in the specifications and their annexes.
