Contract awarded for design and execution services related to the objective "bypass variant of the city of mizil" the investment includes the realization of the technical project, execution details, specifications, lists of quantities, the technical documentation necessary to obtain the approvals/agreements/authorizations and technical assistance from the designer throughout the duration of the works execution contract and the execution of the works. according to the general estimate made as part of the updated feasibility study, the total estimated value for the design and execution of the works is 86,853,530.40 lei without vat consisting of: a. the realization of the technical project, execution details, specifications, lists of quantities, the technical documentation necessary to obtain the approvals/agreements/authorizations and the technical assistance from the designer throughout the duration of the works execution contract with an estimated value of 3,172,612.50 lei without vat, consisting of: ch. 3.5.4. - the technical documentation necessary to obtain the approvals/agreements/authorizations: 50,000.00 lei without vat; head. 3.5.5. - estimated value - technical quality check of the technical project and execution details: 21,220.10 lei without vat; head. 3.5.6. - estimated value - technical project and execution details: 2,122,005.30 lei without vat; head. 3.8.1. - estimated value - technical assistance from the designer: 979,387.10 lei without vat b. execution of works for the investment objective with an estimated value of 83,680,917.90 lei without vat, consisting of: cap. 1.3. - arrangements for environmental protection and restoration: 699,345.00 lei without vat; head. 1.4. - estimated value - expenses for the relocation/protection of utilities: 700,000.00 lei without vat; head. 4.1. - estimated value of construction and installations: 81,615,589.70 lei without vat; head. 5.1. - the estimated value of site organization: 665,983.20 lei without vat, the financing is made from the local budget, state budget, other legally established sources. the award procedure is initiated under this suspensive clause in the sense that the conclusion of the public procurement contract is conditional on obtaining financing for the investment objective, either by signing the financing contract. this fact being carried out in compliance with the provisions of art. 143 of government decision no. 355/2016. considering the provisions of law no. 98/2016 and government decision no. 395/2016, the prahova county council as the contracting authority specifies that it will conclude a contract with the bidder declared the winner only to the extent that the funds necessary for the purchase will be secured by signing the financing contract within an estimated period of 12 months from the moment of completion of the procedure for awarding the public procurement contract. the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications on the 12th day before the d.design and execution services related to the objective "bypass variant of the city of mizil"
